In addition to its breeding and research activities, NiCoTa manages a tobacco seed gene bank on behalf of the state of Baden-Württemberg. We are responsible for preserving, verifying and maintaining over 800 tobacco accessions. These include a wide rage of tobacco types, including landraces and wild species, from all over the world. This work is crucial for preserving biological diversity (agrobiodiversity) and protecting resources.
An overview of the gene bank organised according to the different tobacco types can be found here
The gene bank can also be found on the homepage of the Federal Agency for Agriculture and Food in the National Inventory of Plant Genetic Resources (PGRDEU):

NiCoTa GmbH sells seeds from the gene bank for scientific purposes. Gene bank material is supplied in small quantities for a processing fee.
